We estimate Building 1 became operational around early 2026 with about 50 MW of IT capacity (70 MW total facility power at a 1.4 PUE), based on DataOne's disclosure of a first 50 MW phase. SemiAnalysis estimated the full 50 MW was reached around January to February 2026 ([SemiAnalysis](https://newsletter.semianalysis.com/p/stop-saying-half-of-2026-us-datacenter)); this April image is our first high-resolution confirmation that the cooling is in place.","sourceId":"epoch-ai-data-centers","evidenceLevel":"estimated","text":"New capacity online: High-resolution satellite imagery shows the air-cooled chiller array has grown to roughly 30 units, enough to support the first phase.
